Cloud computing Implementation

I am looking for someone to help me take advantage of cloud computing services. I'm looking for Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS), or Platform as a Service (PaaS). While I don't have any technical requirements, I am able to provide guidance. I need this project implemented as soon as possible; preferably within the next 2 weeks.
