Tender Executive for IT Bids
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
I’m looking for a skilled tender executive who can take ownership of our entire bid cycle for upcoming IT-services and electrification projects. You’ll transform raw technical data into polished, fully compliant tender documents, coordinate smoothly with our technical, finance and legal teams, and ground each submission in fresh market research.
For every tender you will:
• Produce a complete, error-free document set ready for on-time submission
• Gather and organise all internal inputs, tracking versions and approvals
• Provide a concise market-analysis brief covering competitor pricing, client priorities and risks
I’ll supply past bid templates, technical specs and submission deadlines; your job is to deliver the finished pack and keep me updated along the way. If you prefer Microsoft Office, tender-management platforms or your own project-tracking tools, that’s fine—the key is accuracy and punctuality.
Turnaround typically ranges from three to ten days per tender. When you reply, share samples or excerpts of bids you’ve authored so I can see your writing style and compliance know-how.
