Standby Generator Tender Template
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I need a seasoned bid writer – ideally with an engineering, M&E or construction background – to build a fully-editable Word template that I can drop straight into Irish public- and private-sector tenders for diesel and HVO standby generators. The area that trips me up most is the technical specification (kVA ranges, rating methodology, compliance tables), so I’m looking for someone who can flesh that out with practical, standards-based detail as well as craft all the usual contractual and safety language.
What the finished document must contain
• Technical specification framework covering typical standby and prime kVA bands
• Scope of works for supply, installation, testing and commissioning
• Tender compliance statement aligned to Irish public works requirements
• Health & Safety sections including PSDP, PSCS and Safety File placeholders
• Environmental considerations: noise, emissions, HVO sustainability notes
• Warranty, planned servicing and after-care provisions
• Clear testing & commissioning procedures and acceptance criteria
• Fully editable in Microsoft Word, ready for re-use across multiple bids
I’ll supply branding and any site-specific data; you bring the structure, the engineering know-how and wording that will satisfy both public-sector evaluators and private-sector clients.
