Hiring: Online Bidder (Entry-Level / 6-Hour CST Overlap / No Agencies!)

Job Description:
A U.S.-based software engineering hub is seeking a dedicated Online Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and bidding on new project opportunities across platforms such as Indeed, Dice, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor job boards continuously for relevant new postings.
Submit tailored bids/proposals according to our specific guidelines.
Ensure a minimum of 6 hours of overlap with Central Standard Time (CST).

Qualifications:
Extremely thorough and detail-oriented in following instructions.
Dedicated, proactive, and highly organized.
Previous experience with lead generation or bidding is a plus, but full training will be provided.

Compensation & Trial Period:
Rate: $0.05 per bid, paid weekly.
Performance Bonus: A one-time bonus is awarded for any bid that results in a recruiter screening call.
Trial Period: Your first few days will serve as a paid evaluation period to determine long-term fit.
