High-Volume RFQ Bid Writer
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I run a tender desk that must push out 20–30 fully-compliant RFQ submissions every month across mining logistics, public procurement, and general supply. To keep pace, I need a proven bid writer who can reliably turn around 5–7 quality bids per week without hand-holding.
Much of our pipeline sits in the public procurement space, so you’ll need a solid grasp of National Treasury rules, briefing sessions, and portal quirks. Compliance is everything: you must be completely comfortable preparing B-BBEE affidavits and detailed pricing schedules, and you should also know your way around the usual SBD forms and CSD updates so nothing gets flagged non-responsive.
The role is remote; being Gauteng-based is a plus for fast collections or site meetings but not a deal-breaker. We’ll set a competitive monthly retainer, then reward every “win” with a performance bonus—so the cleaner and quicker you submit, the more you earn.
