GeM Tender Submission Specialist
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I regularly bid on Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and want a seasoned consultant who can take full charge of the tender documentation and submission process. From dissecting the bid notice to uploading the final packet on the portal, I need every compliance box ticked and every deadline met without fail.
Your role will cover:
• Analysing the tender notice and extracting all technical, financial and administrative requirements
• Drafting and formatting the complete bid—including technical write-ups, BOQ, price schedules and compliance sheets—so it matches GeM templates perfectly
• Collating, validating and, where necessary, creating supporting documents (certificates, declarations, past-performance proofs, etc.)
• Handling the end-to-end online submission on the GeM portal and providing me with a confirmation of successful upload
Acceptance criteria:
• No bid component rejected by the GeM system for format or content errors
• Submission completed at least 24 hours before the portal deadline
• A post-submission report summarising the uploaded files, time-stamp screenshots and next steps (if any clarifications are requested)
Note- Candidates from Varanasi,UP and nearby will be preferred.
