Corporate Security Bid Writer

I have been invited to tender for a corporate-level security services contract and need a writer who can turn my operational knowledge into a persuasive, fully-compliant bid. The contract sits within the private sector, so the narrative must resonate with corporate procurement teams while showcasing the professional standards, licences and track record my firm already holds.
The core story I want the evaluator to hear is our depth of experience and proven expertise—site assessments, manned guarding, mobile patrols, and rapid incident response backed by ISO-aligned procedures. You’ll need to weave that evidence through each question set, shaping win themes that address risk mitigation, service continuity and stakeholder communication. Competitive pricing and innovative technology can be mentioned where they strengthen the case, but experience must remain front-and-centre.
I will provide past performance data, KPIs, accreditation certificates and any policies you require. Your role is to:
• Map the customer’s specification against our capabilities
• Draft clear, compelling responses (target length and format per question)
• Refine language for consistency and impact, ensuring scoring criteria are met
• Return a submission-ready document, formatted exactly to the issuer’s template
Please be comfortable with tight turnarounds, iterative feedback, and MS Word/Excel. A background in security industry tenders or corporate facilities bids will be a definite plus.
