We are undertaking a PQQ for a construction frameworks with National Rail and have the following requirement:

Please provide three of three (3) contract or programme examples that demonstrate your organisation’s capability and relevant experience in delivering complex programmes of property maintenance, minor works, and building services related to this framework scope

Examples should clearly demonstrate your ability to manage both the technical delivery and logistical complexity of multi-site, safety-critical, and access-constrained environments — including coordination with multiple stakeholders and subcontractors.

Each example should include the following details:

1. Client name and contract/programme title
2. Contract or programme value and duration
3. Scope of services delivered, including:
- Types of assets or facilities maintained (e.g., stations, depots, commercial buildings, retail units, car parks, lineside properties)
- Nature of works delivered (e.g., planned, unplanned, cyclical, reactive maintenance, or minor capital works)
- Trades or disciplines involved (e.g., building fabric, M&E, drainage, asbestos, HVAC, civil repairs)
- Scale and complexity of delivery, including geographic coverage and number of sites
4. Programme and delivery management approach, including:
- Planning, coordination, and delivery of works across multiple sites or asset types
- Managing access to operational areas (e.g., possessions, isolations, or public-facing environments)
- Subcontractor and supply chain integration within delivery teams
- Health, safety, and environmental management processes
5. Stakeholder engagement, demonstrating effective collaboration with Client representatives, tenants, operational teams, and other delivery partners working in a live environment.
6. Outcomes and performance achieved, including how you met or exceeded delivery milestones, quality standards, safety performance, sustainability objectives, and any Client KPIs.
7. Transferable learning, added value, such as innovations, process improvements, sustainability initiatives
