Bid Coordinator for Cleaning Firm
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I run Project Hygiene Ltd, a UK commercial cleaning company ready to expand our footprint with the large facilities-management providers. My immediate priority is getting the supplier applications for Mitie, ISS and CBRE completed, submitted and accepted. We do not yet have set templates or response guidelines, so I will rely on you to create a clear, reusable framework that captures our policies, RAMS, ESG commitments and insurance details in the tone those portals expect.
Beyond those three applications, I will ask for help shaping future PQQs, polishing tender responses and keeping our accreditations—SafeContractor, Constructionline, CHAS—fully up to date. An eye for spotting new contract opportunities in the cleaning and FM arena, then steering our submissions to match their scoring criteria, will be highly valued throughout the relationship.
Deliverables for this first phase
• Fully populated supplier portals for Mitie, ISS and CBRE, submitted with no clarifications outstanding
• A master application template and content library we can adapt for other FM giants (OCS, EMCOR, etc.)
• A short action report outlining gaps or improvements needed for upcoming accreditations and tenders
Please share evidence of UK-based cleaning or FM bids you have steered to success—screen captures, award letters or client references—and outline your proposed fee structure (hourly, per application or milestone-based). I am ready to start as soon as I find the right fit and will provide all company documents on award.
