Airport FM Bid Estimation
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I have an urgent need for a seasoned bid engineer who can take full ownership of the cost estimation and technical narrative for a large-scale facilities-management tender focused on airport assets. You should already be comfortable working with the unique scope, safety, and operational constraints of airside and landside environments, and be able to translate that knowledge into a clear, winning submission.
Scope of work
• Build an itemised cost model that captures labour, materials, specialist subcontractors, and contingency for every FM service line the RFP requires.
• Draft the complete technical bid: methodology, service-level KPIs, mobilisation plan, risk register, and value-added innovations relevant to airports.
• Align all assumptions with the bid documents and cross-reference them inside your narrative so evaluators can track numbers back to source instantly.
• Package the estimate and narrative into an editable set of Excel workbooks and a Word (or InDesign) submission document ready for direct upload.
Deliverables will be reviewed on accuracy, logical structure, and how convincingly the proposal meets the RFP scoring matrix.
