Hardcore Sci-Fi Coherence Review

I’ve finished a 10,000-word, hard-core science-fiction novella packed with plot twists, concepts and intricate socio-political systems. Before moving on to copy-editing, I need a specialized beta reader that concentrates purely on coherence. My main worry is whether the depth of each idea carries cleanly from start to finish—plot logic, character motivations, and especially the highly detailed world-building must align without a single wobble.

The setting features complex societies and environments, layered timelines, and cutting-edge technology, so I’m looking for feedback that pinpoints contradictions, uneven tech levels, cultural slip-ups, or geographical impossibilities. In short, I want to know: are the ideas actually being conveyed the way I think they are?

You’ll receive a clean ePub or PDF document and a brief intro describing my intent to create a complex short narrative that won't entice the general reader, my background, and explanation of the overall AI assisted writing that occurred. The story won't likely receive great monetization, but money was not my strict goal. I am not interested in formatting, fonts, or whether a carriage return is needed. Nor concerned about file extensions (ePub, PDF, Google Docs, Word, LaTex, or a simple text file). I can give you whatever file type you want. I am a computer scientist who used to teach at a military Academy.
