I have finished the full manuscript of my first non-fiction book, which is aimed at women going through divorce or break up.
I am looking for feedback on the book specifically in terms of emotional resonance and reader engagement and non-patronising persuasion without repetition and over-assurance. My goal is to comfort and assure the reader but give them hope and optimism without cliches.
I am interested in an overall assessment at big picture level (does the book achieve what it’s intended for) but also a slightly more detailed review in terms of what else can be improved in terms of content, structure, flow and style.
