Advanced Machine Learning Model Enhancement

I have a specific labeled dataset in hand that I would like to use to further enhance my existing machine learning model.
Key Project Requirements:
- Deep Learning Expertise: I am specifically seeking a programmer with a strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning and AI, with hands-on experience working with Python and the PyTorch package.
- Regression and Classification: The project entails improving the model to perform both regression and classification tasks. The goal is to achieve superior performance, aiming for an accuracy of over 95% or an RMSE that is at least two times less than the mean error.
- Data Proficiency: The ideal freelancer would be proficient in handling labeled datasets for supervised learning.
Your task would involve examining the pre-trained model, incorporating the provided dataset, and fine-tuning the model to achieve the desired objectives. The successful completion of this project should result in a robust and high-performing machine learning model that excels in both regression and classification tasks.
