Website Text Scraping Automation

I need a clean, reliable script that automatically collects leads from a website and automatically sends an email to the accepted leads.
I am comfortable with you using Python—requests, BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, Selenium, or Playwright are all acceptable—as long as the final code is well-commented, modular, and runnable from the command line without extra tweaking on my side. If another language or framework fits better, let me know your reasoning and I’m open to it.
Deliverables
• Source code and requirements file
• Brief README showing setup, usage, and how to point the scraper at new URLs
