Web Scraping Consumer Review Images

Looking for a computer type to scrape a consumer review site looking for photos posted by consumers who are reviewing plumbing companies based anywhere in California. If this works, out, then will branch out to other states. I do not want photos posted by the plumbing business, only photos posted by consumers who are reviewing the California based plumbing business. As to the photos I am looking for, the photos sought are specifically printed plumbing contracts.

You should be familiar with scrapers like Python with BeautifulSoup, etc, how to use a rotation of residential proxies to prevent your IP address from being banned, etc.

Run it and let me know how many images of plumbing contracts you come up with posted by consumers reviewing the plumber company, and give me a price for providing all images posted by consumer reviews of plumbing contracts anywhere and every in all of California.
