Update A Scraper in Python

A Python scraper I had all along was scraping fine. Now only half the volume of data were scraped out from a given site, while no errors were being thrown. I can show what the data that were excluded this time were, so you can uncover the reasons or causes why they were excluded this time. So the scraping script probably only needs to be updated a bit to avoid excluding these from being scraped, and thus to scrape out fully what it used to do before.

Milestone bid represents full payment for entire project scope given above, so further milestone increment requests is acceptable after project’s started.

Also, no upfront release of milestone. It will only be released upon full completion and delivery of project to me.
