Social Media Contact Detail Extraction

I need a reliable way to pull both the phone number and the email address a social platform that is not Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn. I don’t have login credentials, so whatever method you choose must work without authenticated access—web scraping, open-source intelligence techniques, or a custom script in Python (BeautifulSoup, Selenium, Scrapy, etc.) are all fine as long as they respect the site’s terms.

What I expect back:
• A spreadsheet (CSV or Excel) listing each profile URL alongside the phone number and email you found
• An outline of the steps or script you used so I can validate or rerun the process if needed
