Python Developer Needed to Build Email & Phone Number Scraper Tool

I am looking for an experienced Python developer to create a tool/script that can extract email addresses and phone numbers from websites. The script should be fast, accurate, and able to handle multiple URLs.

Key Requirements:
Strong experience with Python
Ability to scrape websites using libraries such as BeautifulSoup, Requests, Selenium, Scrapy, etc.

Script should extract:
All email addresses
All phone numbers (any format: +91, international, mobile, landline)

Should scan:

Homepage
Inner pages
Contact pages
HTML source

Must remove duplicates and return a clean list
Output format: CSV or Excel with separate columns for email & phone
Ability to handle JavaScript-rendered websites (preferred)
Basic error handling for invalid or blocked URLs

Deliverables:
Fully working Python script
Instructions on how to run the script on my laptop
Clean output file (CSV/XLSX) containing emails + phone numbers
Optional: Simple UI or command-line options
