Monthly Career Pages Job Scrape
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
Each month I need the latest openings pulled directly from selected company career pages and added to a single, well-structured Google Doc that I will share with you (approx 150-200 companies).
For every position you capture, three details are essential:
• Job title and its brief description
• Company name plus city, state (or country)
• Direct application link
I’m flexible on how you gather the data—as long as it’s reliable and repeatable. If you prefer Python with BeautifulSoup, Selenium, or an equivalent scraping stack, great; if you favour a low-code tool that still meets the requirements, that works too. Just be sure the process can run on a monthly schedule without manual intervention beyond a quick check.
Acceptance criteria for each monthly delivery:
1. All targeted career pages are scanned no later than the first week of the month.
2. The Google Doc is updated in my template (one row per job, no duplicates, links clickable).
3. A short change log summarises new, edited, or removed listings.
Once the first run is signed off, I’d like the workflow to be automated so that future updates are seamless. Let me know your proposed approach and any access or site lists you’ll need from me to get started.
