Comprehensive Business Directory Scraping

I have secured access to a business-directory site that lists tens of thousands of companies, and I need the entire database mined into a clean Excel file that I will provide. The sheet is already formatted for direct CRM import, so the column order and field names must stay exactly as given.

Scope
• Extract every listing in every category on the directory—no section is to be skipped.
• Apply the built-in geographic filter I will specify so only records from the required locations are captured.
• Capture these fields for each company: Company Name, Contact Person(s), Phone Number(s), Email Address(es), Website, and Industry Class.

Quality expectations
• Strip duplicates, normalise phone numbers and validate email syntax.
• Leave blanks rather than guess when data is missing; no fabricated values.
• Deliver the first sample batch so I can confirm format before you continue with the full run.

Final deliverable
A single .xlsx file (or a set of milestone files if the volume demands) that drops straight into my CRM without additional cleaning. (CSV file and format can be provided)

Use whatever tooling suits you best—Python, Scrapy, Selenium, BeautifulSoup, rotating proxies, etc.—as long as you stay within the site’s rate limits and produce reliable data. I’m happy to answer technical questions quickly so you can keep momentum.
