Advanced Web Scraping Specialist

I need a skilled web scraper to write a code which will retrieve data from a complex website. The data will be used for analysis.
I have a webscraping requirement. i need the code ideally in google apps script, although i can accept python or nodejs.
i use scrapingbee for proxy ip address. if you need to mask the ip address, you can use scrapingbee or equivalents.
Requirement:
1. Given a string name i need to get the possible CIN
2. Given a CIN string i need to get the details as a json.
MCA Home = https://www.mca.gov.in/
And then … MCA Services > Master Data > Master Data v3 = https://www.mca.gov.in/content/mca/global/en/mca/master-data/MDS.html
Given a CIN / LLPIN (e.g. CIN = [U70100MH1978PTC020714, U70109TN2021PTC148489, U28121TN2008FTC068291, L74899DL1994PLC061295, L92490TN1994PLC027709], LLPIN = [AAC-4779,AAY-9624]), return the details as a json.
