I’ve just added Beautiful.ai to my toolkit and want to hit the ground running. I am tax lawyer, and I make slide decks to support CLE/CPE programs on various tax updates. During a single, focused 60-minute screen-share I’d like you to show me, step-by-step, how to use the software as a new user:
• Select and tweak templates so a complex tax topic looks clean and professional.
• Customize themes and color palettes to match my firm’s branding.
• Lay out statutory text, timelines, and year-over-year rate tables so they’re easy to follow.
• Integrate charts, IRS graphics, and other media without breaking slide harmony.
• Apply any time-saving shortcuts or smart formatting features that Beautiful.ai hides under the hood.
I’d like to schedule this session soon, within the next 1–2 weeks. We’ll connect via Teams and share screens. We can use one of my past presentations in PowerPoint as the live case study; by the end of the call I would like a polished 5-10 slide sample I can replicate, plus a quick-reference cheat-sheet or annotated deck that recaps the workflow.
