Use a modified version of the tsp python code ( tspMod.py ) that
attempts to find the shortest weighted route to all locations as
defined in the combined.pickle file. The value calculated is the
distance between any 2 cities times a weight. I have provided you with
the tspMod.py code and a set of weighted distance matrices that are
similar to proj02. 10 of these matrices are provided in the pickle
format. The names of the pickle files are be called:

They are be located on both fry and owens in my proj03data
directory (~w006jwn, ~nehrbajo). They will progressivly become
available over the project timespan not all will not all be ready to
use on day one.

tspMod usage
tspMod weightType initialGuess.pickle RandSeed #OfTrys
weightType (int) 0-9
initialGuess.pickle (string) name of file
RandSeed (int) 0-4294967296
#OfTrys (int) loop length

To stop early - look on drive for "STOP"
ends #OfTrys loop early
output still written

I also provide you with a update03.sh code located only on owens at
~nehrbajo/update03.sh . It can be called in one of three ways:
update03.sh Prints usage message
update03.sh weightType Prints best distance for a
weightType of 0-9
If weightType = -1 it prints
an integer telling you what
distanceXX.pickle file is
available at this date/time.
update03.sh weightType inFile To submit next best distance

The format of the inFile file will be exactly 2 ASCII lines of text
