Odoo 18 EE DR Setup

I need an on-premise installation of Odoo Enterprise v18 that can act as a full disaster-recovery mirror of our current Odoo SH production instance. The target environment will run on Linux, so all configuration, hardening and service management should follow best practices for that OS.

Key requirements
• Install the latest Odoo 18 EE build with my Enterprise licence activated.
• Point the new server to a replica of the SH database (daily pull or scheduled dump/restore—whichever is cleaner).
• Configure file-store and attachment syncing so documents remain in step with production.
• Enable and test automatic fail-over procedures so we can switch to the DR node with minimal downtime.
• Integrate ONLYOffice; other custom modules may be added later once I confirm the list, so please leave the installation ready for additional modules.
• Provide concise, well-commented scripts (bash, systemd units, etc.) so we can reproduce or re-install the stack quickly in the future.

Acceptance
I will consider the job done when I can:
1. Log in to the DR server using the same credentials as production.
2. See data that is no more than 24 hours behind the SH instance.
3. Open and edit a document through ONLYOffice inside Odoo.
4. Trigger the switchover procedure and watch all core services come up without manual tweaks.
