Need to automate .exe file and schedule them

We have a .exe file that takes input parameter as username , password and number of more input parameters .
It should run at least 10 instances of same file with different inputs (different username and password and other inputs ) that can be supplied through google sheets or .txt file .
We need run 10 or more instances of .exe file in the cloud and schedule them .
We need to automate above stuff
