Podcast on Mining industry changes-need equipment Zoom and Focusrite Scarlett Solo)set up and editing

I am looking to start a podcast series centering around the changes in the mining industry. My goal is to provide educational and informative podcasts to my audience, with episodes lasting for 30-60 minutes. The episodes must go through moderate editing with some sound balancing and effects. In order to produce a quality podcast, I will need the assistance of an experienced freelancer to help me set up and edit with the necessary equipment including a Zoom and Focusrite Scarlett Solo.
