I am hosting a relaxed tequila-tasting evening for fewer than 20 friends at my private residence and want the experience to feel like an upscale boutique tasting room. I need an expert who can plan and execute the full experience—from selecting bottles to guiding guests through each pour.
What I’d like delivered
• Curated flight of premium blancos, reposados, añejos, and one extra-añejo (6–8 bottles total), balanced for flavor exploration and budget.
• Printed tasting mats and short flavor-profile cards so guests can jot notes.
• Light food pairings that complement the flight (think citrus, dark chocolate, spiced nuts).
• All required glassware, proper room-temperature service setup, and an attractive display layout that fits a dining table-sized space.
• On-site host duties: a concise introduction to tequila categories, brief notes on each brand, and guidance on tasting technique.
• Cleanup of glassware and bottles at the end of the session.
I will handle invitations, music, and overall party flow; you focus on the tequila magic. The event will run about two hours, preferably on a weekend evening within the next four weeks. If you already have distributor relationships or access to hard-to-find labels, please mention that, as well as any certifications (e.g., CRT, WSET).
