Bar consulting

I am planning on renovating my cafe/restaurant into a bar. Therefore, I need consulting in order to learn about how of running a bar. Requirement: years of experience as a bartender or bar manager - creative mind on bar design and creating beverage menu - help hiring staff and training them.

How to work together:
We will have a initial meeting at my restaurant first to discuss ideas, and if all goes well we can start working together.
