I need a image modified for a logo
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I have a image I would like modified 2 different ways first
The image with a banner with the words EAGLE EYE on a curve between the wings at the top that blends into the image with black writing and tan background with black boarder and also a cross for the left eye to represent the eagle only having one eye also would like the white boarder from the perimeter removed
Then for the second image I would just like a black and white copy of the image with the white tan and grey to be white and the black to remain black
