WordPress Website and Graphic Design Overhaul (EST Time Zone)

I'm seeking assistance to wrap up a WordPress website. The site is for podcasts, short films, and blogs.

This involves website changes and some graphic design

I am currently using the manticore WordPress template and have made some minor changes but I am out of my depth.

Requirements for the website aspect of job:
- Fine-tune design and layout
- Improve typography, color scheme, and spacing
- Redesign Home, Podcast, Blog, and Short Film pages
- Provide guidance on site management

Ideal Skills:
- WordPress expertise
- Strong design sense
- Experience in user-friendly layouts
- Ability to teach site management

For the graphic Design aspect:
IU have created some rough designs for how would like the art to be for the banner of the podcasts, blogs and films but would like the final design to be done by a professional graphic designer.

Requirements for the website aspect of job:
- Taking some rough sketch's/idea and minor AI generated images as a starting base and turning them into a series of graphics for the site
- Creating a company logo(s) and Podcast art

Ideal Skills:
- Graphic Design expertise
- Strong design sense
- Logo Design experience
- ability to deal with people who cannot draw but have a clear vision of what they are looking for

Looking for someone who can complete this within 2 weeks and need people who are in the Eastern Time Zone
