Webpress Banner Creation

I'm in need of a graphic designer with significant WordPress experience to create a banner for my website. The purpose of the banner is to advertise my services. I would like it to be adaptive and have spots on the top header, sidebar, and footer of my website. Deadline isn't a major factor; however, it should be completed professionally and efficiently. Skills in graphic design, particularly with WordPress banner creations, are highly desired.
