The Herd Biltong Market Stall
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
We have been running market stalls for a few years now but our branding and efforts have been low budget, we are trying to brand ourselves as a premium biltong provider which we believe our website showcases but our market stalls are very basic. We currently operate 3 stalls which all could do with a spruce up.
We offer free samples to attract people to come and try our product varieties (4 flavours - Original, Chilli Garlic, Garlic Salt and Chilli salt). Our goal here is to attract more attention to the store so more customers are open to samples which then in turn will lead to more sales.
We do also want to incorporate a social media or email gathering element. We have been doing this by offering an additional 10% for a Instagram follow with good success.
