Simple task. READ !

Need something simple done ! I have a website named ....... and a banners. See attachments!

There are 3 different sizes and I want them on as money websites for as long as possible in a low budget!

So what I ask from you in your responce is the following :

1. How many banners will you use to promote my website?
2. What time periode ?
3. What place will be the banner showed ?
4. Will it be visible 24/7 during the promoted time periode ? (If NOT then do NOT response!)

That is all I need to know.
