Resize Display Ads to New Formats

I need a freelancer to help resize my display ads. The formats needed are 800 × 250, 970 × 90, 970 × 250, and 300 × 1050. The project has a tight deadline, with the requirement being for these to be completed by tomorrow.
I have the Photoshop files for the existing ads in 300x250, 728x90, and 300x600. The expectation is to maintain the design exactly as it is in these original files.
