Replace Banner image with Google Adsense

Need to replace a place holder banner image with an ADSENSE ad banner .
The current site is Wordpress and have the "AD INSERTER" plugin. But Don;t see how to add the AD in the place of this banner. Need assistance to advise or do it - short work.
