Professional Logo Design for Brand Recognition

Hello.
I have a need for a logo for a new venture.
You can look at my other real estate investment website for my current company branding and colors.

I do not want to redo the branding and logos for this company, but rather use it to coordinate the new logo for this new venture with my M Vincent Assets LLC brand and colors.
I am in the throes of creating a team of realtors in 5 states as a related service and would like to build on the MVA LLC collective brand.
Besides the normal need for the website branding, letterhead, cards, etc.,the target signage sizes will be as follows;
*Real estate signs:
16"x16" so that we can scale it down as needed without losing image quality for Vinyl decals to be added to our EXP yard signs.The overall signs are 18'x24" and 24"x36"
6"x18", 6"x 24", and 6"x36" for the yard sign riders
The new venture is called "M Vincent & Associates LLC" and should be easily recognized as part of the M Vincent Assets LLC brand. The LLC can be very small, similar to a tradeMark designation, to draw more attention to the "M Vincent & Associates".
The tag line for the brand should include something to the affect of "An EXP Realty team of Commercial and Residential agents". I am not married to this exact wording, but it should reflect or main service, which is to service both commercial and residential real etstate buyers and seller.
Don't be concerned by the EXP brand's colors and how our new logo will look on their signs. We have the flexibility to change their colors to all black or to a solid color that matches/compliments our proposed logo.
