Privacy Fence Screen Design - Construction Fence Banner
Budget: $50 – $300 USD
Overview:
We are developing a new coastal resort complex called "Dennis Columns" in Cape Cod. To enhance the appearance of the construction site and promote the project, we need TWO visually appealing banners to be placed on the construction fence. The banners should be 5'8" feet tall and 75 feet wide and the second one should be 5'8" feet tall and 73 feet wide. Note there is a 50' limit on size so we may have to design both in two pieces each.
Design Elements:
Main Image:
Use the provided image of the final project, showcasing the historic mansion and surrounding coastal cottages.
Ensure the image is high-resolution and spans the entire width of the banner.
Text:
Primary Text: "Live at the Columns"
Font: Elegant and modern, easy to read from a distance.
Placement: Prominently displayed, ideally centered at the top of the banner.
Secondary Text: "A new collection of one and two-bedroom homes."
Font: Coordinated with the primary text, slightly smaller.
Placement: Below the primary text, centered.
I will add more text once we move forward.
Logo:
Include a logo for "Dennis Columns."
Logo should be elegant and modern, complementing the overall design.
Placement: Top right corner or top left corner, ensuring it does not obstruct the main image or text.
Additional Design Elements:
Background: Utilize a clean and subtle background that enhances the main image and text without being distracting.
Color Scheme: Reflect a coastal and luxurious theme, using colors that complement the Cape Cod aesthetic (e.g., blues, whites, and natural tones).
Borders: Add a thin, elegant border around the edges of the banner to frame the content.
Requirements:
The design should fit the aspect ratio of the banners.
Ensure the design is clear and visually appealing from a distance.
Provide the final design in high-resolution format suitable for large-scale printing.
Reference Materials:
Attached is the image of the final project to be used in the design. I also included images of the job site. There will be two fence screens one to the left and one to the right.
Please show me examples of your work in order to be considered.
