Now Hiring Sign

My company is looking to hire new employees, and I would like to create a "Now Hiring" sign to advertise our job openings. The sign will be medium size 3'tall x6'wide, and should be made out of durable vinyl. A sign like this will be sure to attract enthusiastic candidates to fill the open positions.
