Non-Profit Youth Community Org Logo Design

I'm looking for a talented graphic designer to create a new logo for our non-profit youth community organization. We're undergoing a rebrand and need something that is classy, timeless, and elegant, yet also very eye-catching and engaging.
Key Requirements:
- Incorporation of specific elements: The new logo could integrate calligraphy and/or, unique symbol or icon,
- Style: The calligraphy style in the logo should be elegant/timeless, classy, and the overall style of the new logo should be eye catching. You can include an image or symbol highlighting islam, community, or youth.
- Emotional Messaging: The logo should convey a sense of community and unity, as well as growth and development. It should be inviting and captivating.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in graphic design, specifically logo design.
- Familiarity with traditional calligraphy styles or cool text.
- Ability to incorporate specific design elements in a creative and engaging way.
- Understanding of conveying messages and emotions through design.
Please note, our new color palette consists of deep greens, golds, and creams. Our previous logo was quite dull and uncreative, so we're looking for something fresh and exciting.
Our old logo is the circle image that says "MCM Youth"
