LOGO AND BANNER DESIGNING

I am looking for a talented designer to create an advertisement banner/poster of size A4. There is an element of flexibility with the colour scheme and I prefer if the designer can come up with a creative solution. I plan to provide all existing images, logos and branding materials which should be incorporated in the banner/poster. Hence, the designer should possess an eye-catching talent to deliver an excellent outcome. Finally, accuracy, timely delivery and a good understanding of project specifications are needed.
