Fun, Light Fundraising Dinner Visuals Concept

I am planning a fundraising dinner in April. We are a non-profit that works with Children. I would like something that represents our org in a more fun and light way. My theme will be Building fences. I envision a white picket fence with flowers. You probably have better ideas. The concept of building fences comes from a story.
There was a school built on a cliff. Kids would fall off cliff and injure themselves. A committee was formed and decided to raise money to build a clinic to pick kids up at the bottom of the cliff and “Fix them up”.
No one thought to raise money to build a fence at the top of the cliff to prevent them from falling.
My vision this year is to raise money to “build a fence” I need the following:

7. Don’t Forget postcard (optional) Email Apr 4 and USPO Apr 4
8. Program Printed copies by Apr 15
9. Power point template by Feb 6
10. Giving envelope printed by April 10
