Facebook and Instagram banners

I have an online healthy ageing wellbeing business using unique activation products. My target audience is women 40 - 65 globally to help them transform their wellbeing to get more out of life regardless of the number on their birthday card - they will feel fab naturally. I want to update my personal Facebook banner and mirror it on Instagram for a new account i.e. starting from scratch on Instagram. My favourite colour is sea green.
