Database Entry & Afaan Oromo Translation

I need help on two tightly-linked tasks. First, I have a series of online forms that collect both numbers and text. Your job is to copy every field from those forms into our cloud-based database, keeping the structure, spelling and numerical accuracy intact. The interface is straightforward—think the same ease of use as Airtable or a custom MySQL dashboard—so what matters most is your eye for detail and your ability to work quickly without sacrificing precision.

Once each record is saved, many of the text fields must be presented in both English and Afaan Oromo. I will supply the original English; you handle the translation, making sure tone and meaning stay consistent. No machine output, please—I need fluent, human-level Afaan Oromo that reads naturally.
