Create 20 animated/html ad Banner's for Google Ads and Meta, with different sizes

I am looking for a creative designer to design 20 different animated and HTML banners with different sizes for my Google Ads and Meta campaigns. The banners should include creative images and graphics, so the designer should have high design proficiency and experience with creating appealing graphics that can be used in Ad banners. The banner sizes required are both the standard Google Ads sizes and the Meta standard sizes. Once completed, the banners should be compatible with all modern browsers.
