Convert .jpg file to Figma file

I need Figma Poster Designer for designing atleast 10 posters attached with the project. Just need to convert .jpg file to Figma file. Figma files must be exactly same as the .jpg file attached. Total quantity for now is 10. Future project will be given if work is excellent.
