Backyard Dodgers-Theme Party Setup

I’m throwing a surprise birthday party for my wife on August 1st and want our backyard to feel like a slice of Dodger Stadium. I need someone who can take full ownership of the décor: install team-coloured banners and balloon clusters, dress the tables with baseball-inspired linens, plates, and centrepieces, and create a fun photo-booth corner complete with props that shout “Go Dodgers!”.

The space is an average-sized suburban yard; you’ll have access the morning of the event for load-in and a window the next day for strike-down. All materials, setup, and teardown should be included in your quote. Please share examples of similar sports-themed or backyard installs you’ve executed and let me know what power requirements, if any, the photo booth will need.

Deliverables
• Design mock-up approved no later than two weeks before the party
• All décor procured, delivered, and fully installed by 4 p.m. on August 1
• Photo-booth props and backdrop matching the Dodgers aesthetic, ready to use with my DSLR or your own camera/iPad setup
• Complete breakdown and removal within 24 hours after the event
