Animated banner ads

We would like 8 banner ads created. 2 for each of the following sizes:
- Leaderboard: 728px wide x 90px high
- Billboard: 970px wide x 250px high
- DMPU/HPU: 300px wide x 600px high
- MPU: 300px wide x 250px high

Format: JPG, GIF, third-party HTML, JavaScript OR DoubleClick Tag

Max file size: 1Mb

Deadline: Final approved designs needed on 13th July.

We have the copy and the images available.
