Angelito Kuromi

Hi! I'm looking for someone to design an iconic logo for my new project, Angelito Kuromi. I'm not sure if I need the logo to be animated, so I am open to both options here. Regarding the colors, I know exactly what I want and will provide those instructions once I decide to move forward with a freelancer.
