Remote Part-Time Accountant needed

Responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts in Zoho Books
Record purchase, sales, expenses, receipts, and payments
Perform weekly bank reconciliation
Reconcile customer and supplier ledgers
Verify GST input and reconcile with GSTR-2B
Prepare monthly GST data for filing
Track accounts receivable and accounts payable
Prepare monthly Profit & Loss Statement
Prepare monthly Balance Sheet
Prepare monthly Cash Flow Report
Monitor business expenses and highlight unusual transactions
Review inventory valuation and stock reconciliation
Coordinate with the statutory auditor whenever required
Ensure accounting records are accurate and up to date
Suggest improvements in accounting processes and internal controls

Required Skills
B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter (Preferred)
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
Strong knowledge of Zoho Books
Experience in GST and TDS
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
Good communication in English
Preferred Experience
Trading or distribution company accounting
Inventory accounting
Experience working with SMEs
