Greeniverse Construction is seeking a highly experienced QuickBooks Online Specialist to assist with a short-term, high-priority task. All of our bank transactions have been reconciled up to December 31, 2024. We now need someone to:
Finalize and close all bank accounts through QBO properly
Ensure reconciliations are locked and no discrepancies remain
Verify accuracy and provide a final reconciliation report
Requirements:
Proven expertise with QuickBooks Online (QBO)
Strong background in bank reconciliation and closing books
Able to start immediately and complete the task within 24 hours
High attention to detail and confidentiality
